I am just starting to find quality books for read aloud with my 3 year old boy. Can you guide me with a list?

Lydia,
Would you like a list of picture books or longer (chapter) books? I would be happy to type up a blog post on this topic. š Ami

I have 3 boys and we are just starting to get into chapter books. My boys are (almost) 5, 2 and 10 months.
Do you have a suggested age for all of the books you listed??
Thanks!! š

Great list, Ami. I’ve raised 2 boys and we have read several of your favorites which my boys enjoyed as well. Thanks for sharing.

Several of these would have made my list too! My oldest son loved many of these and I am looking forward to sharing them with my youngest son. I would love to see a list of longer picture books, too, Ami as my youngest still likes pictures to keep his interest. I am also looking forward to checking out some of the suggestions I haven’t seen before particularly The Lion’s Paw. Thanks for the great list!
