It is too easy to fill up our schedules with good {really good} things.
Today, I am going to live more simply by realizing that all things good {scouts, sports, church programs, special speakers, community events} are not all necessary.
I am going to swim against the go-go-go, do-do-do culture and against the bareness of a busy life by making sure I am investing my time in this one real thing: relationships.

I know exactly what you mean! There are children that we know that are so involved they are always at one event and then another. When do they have time to just be KIDS?!?
