I like to take days off. Sometimes Mondays. Sometimes Tuesdays. Sometimes Wednesdays. You get the idea. So I sneak in extra days {field trips} whenever I can (sometimes in summer, sometimes on Saturdays), and I always count them {yes, as school days}.
