We were blessed to spend the day with our dear friends last week while they were camping.
Simon had fun running…running…running in the open wild. It was nice to have so many hands to help push the stroller and so many feet to help chase him down!
I was really refreshed…just to be outside and behold the beauty of creation. Even in a fallen world, God still gives us glimpses of His glory and grandeur.
Jason and Elijah enjoyed spending some time fishing (thanks to Chris). Elijah caught his first fish (with a bit of help from dad; it wasn’t little). They also went for a walk together and came upon some deer tracks. Jason could tell they were fresh, so they followed them into the forest and were able to find the deer!
