Giant Panda Lapbook!

January 16, 2008 by ami 7 Comments

Elijah and I learned all about Giant Pandas last week.  We glued two file folders together (I had a picture, but Photobucket won't shrink it right!  ARG!)–

Here he is holding his accordion book out.  Isn't that fun?!

I would post more pictures, but they aren't shrinking right.

This lapbook has only been shelved for one week, and it's been pulled down almost every day for review!   Love that!  🙂  We are really enjoying learning about God's creation!   I'm gearing up for LOTS of animal studies next year for first grade!

Your panda book is so cute! Your son did a great job on it.

The ones that get pulled out time after time are the best ones.

    Blessings,

Elijah looks very proud of himself. He does a great job on his lapbooks. I wish N worked a little faster or A worked slower. It seems N doesn't have time to really enjoy getting his lapbook together because A is done so much quicker and I don't want to keep him waiting too long, or he finds something else to do. Then it's hard to get him back! Maybe I need to try N doing a different lapbook than A, but then it's more work for me. Suggestions?
