Many More Days of Christmas

December 28, 2010 by Ami 3 Comments

I didn’t reach my goal of posting every day, but I still wanted to record some of the other things we did for advent.

We read The Candymaker’s Gift and ate candy canes.

The boys constructed a gingerbread village.

We made key chains for Gramps, Grandpa Mike, Dad, and Uncle.

Simon helped make hot cocoa to drink. Aunt Lisa sent double chocolate biscotti to dunk. Elijah picked out a stack of stories to read. We had a nice Christmas tea-time.

One night I made the boys some popcorn balls (corn syrup free!) and we watched all our favorite animated classics with Jason.

I hope you had a blessed Christmas as you were reminded of the great joy we find in Jesus Christ!

    Kay,

I just used this – http://www.thriftyfun.com/tf21362042.tip.html in place of the corn syrup! 🙂
