Hi, howdy, hello!
Welcome to my Five Days of Learning with BOB Books Series. This week I'm participating in the Five Days Blog Hop with TOS, and I will be sharing printables–oodles of them that you can use in conjunction with the famous BOB Books.
Why did I choose BOB Books? Because my boys love them! They are our favorite beginning readers; the story lines are fun, the books are sturdy, and these tales are sized perfectly for little hands!
I'm not going to blab too much this time. Those of you who followed me through the Cultivating Curiosity Series can heave a sigh of relief right about now (I know I am!). I'm simply going to share printables.
On Friday, I will have a bonus surprise for subscribers only, so you might-maybe-sorta want to do that (if you haven't already).
The freebies for today are supplemental learning activities for Set 1, Books 1-3. I tried to vary the activities as much as possible without getting too wild with scissors, glue, and colored ink. I'm craving simple right now, so simple they are.
Just click on the images to snag your downloads. Happy BOB-booking!

I can’t seem to get the files. It says they are not available for 1 and 3. I can get 2.

I think it’s fixed now.

Hi Jackie,
Try from the website instead of the email.
I’m on the website, and I can’t get the printables for 1 or 3 either – only 2 works.
I am on the website…I noticed that for book 1 and 3 that when I click on the link it points to homeschool share and not your website…but book 2 points to your website (in the URL address), maybe that is the problem.
Also…to get the bonus do I have to subscribe by email, I already get you in my reader, just wondering?

The slashes are backward in links 1 & 3, the correct links would be: http://www.homeschoolshare.com/docs32465/bb1.pdf/ for set one, and: http://www.homeschoolshare.com/docs32465/bb3.pdf/ for set three. Hope this helps.
I would link them in the reply, but when I do, the blog tells me I’m being “spammy”
Ahhh….it turned them into links for me!!
There are still errors but if you change the \ to / it will all work fine.

Hey, I was able to get it. Like it says from Cassie, the slashes are backward on the first and third download link. I’m SUPER excited about this!

How long will this be available? I’d like to share w/ newsletter, but next edition won’t be till 23/24 May.
I don’t plan on ever taking it off the blog.
Awesome. I just stumbled upon your site last week and am loving it. I’m going to start some of the lapbook series with my 3 year old and the Bob book stuff with my 5 year old next week. So helpful, educations, and FUN!!!!
These are wonderful helpers with the BOB books! Thank you so much for sharing!

What age would you recommend for starting the Bob books?
Thanks!
Thank you! My daughter is almost 3 and loves the Bob Books. They are easy for her to “read”.
Thank you! My little one is starting to read and these will be great summer activities!

Hi Mrs. R.,
I would say a child who knows most (if not all) of their alphabet sounds and is beginning to blend words is ready for these books.
You are welcome!

I’ve tried the links for all three and two of them (1 & 3) lead me to the homeschool share home page and 2 has an error on it. I’ve tried the links mentioned in the comments and they don’t work either. Is there anyway you can e-mail these to me? I’d love to use them! Chasgal at gmail dot com.
I tried again after I commented and they all worked fine. I guess you have to comment to open them
